I've put together the most asked questions i regularly receive. I hope you find these answers helpful and if not, don't hesitate in calling that i'm most of the time up for a chat. Looking forward to knowing more about your wedding!

Do you work alone?

I normally work with an assistant who mainly helps me with lighting, carrieng equipment and setting up family portraits. I sometimes might be alone which by no means affects the efficiency of my work. If you have any doubts about covering a large wedding by myself i can always include a second photographer for an additional fee.

Do you retouch the pictures?

I do a basic retouch for all the digital pictures you'll receive as part of your package, which means they'll be edited down so you won't receive duplicates (i take quite a few to find the right ones), color corrected, density and croped if necessary but if you're having one of my awesome custom albums the images chosen for it will have an advanced retouch.

How long do we wait for the pictures to be deliver?

Three weeks after the wedding (or even sooner!) you'll be able to see your online gallery in my website. If your package includes an albums then it'll take 2 to 3 extra weeks to design it after you have chosen the pictures for it. Once you approved your custom album design (also shown on my website) it'll take around 4 weeks to have it right in your front door! Delivery times change a little by season but it won't take longer than stated.

How many pictures will we receive?

That depends on a number of things like, hours of coverage, type of wedding, number of guests etc. But if you want an estimate; in my basic package of 5 hours i normally deliver between 400 to 500 images. Keep in mind also that i'm after the best of the best so like my mom says: rather value quality than quantity!.

How does the online gallery work?

The online gallery is a password protected site within my website that is no publicly available. You and only the people you choose will have access to all your awesome wedding pictures. It also comes with a secure shopping cart where your friends and family can order prints in different sizes and have them shipped directly to their doors.

Do you work abroad?

Yes, i do. I'm based in San Juan, Puerto Rico and normally work in other Caribbean islands. If you're getting married in Culebra o Vieques or other parts of the world is better to contact me for availability and travel fees information. Feel assured if booking with me to cover your wedding and traveling to it that you're hiring someone very experienced with travel for bussiness.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, i do. If you need me to provide your venue with a certificate of insurance you must let me know at least 2 months prior to your wedding date.

How do we book you?

I requiere a 50% retainer to reserve your date which will be lock only for you. The remaining balance is to be received the wedding day as we arrive. All deposit payments are non-refundable since i have to turn down other jobs for that specific day.

Can you hold a date for me?

The only way to hold a date is with a retainer payed in full and a signed contract. I go by the first come first served basis, so if you're sure i'm your guy let me know asap.

 Do you offer discounts?

I have a 50% discount on additional photo sessions if booking your wedding with me. This can be an engagement session, trash the dress, first looks and rehearsal dinners. Also i might be able to offer a special discount if booking more than one service (videography or photo booth) in addition to photography but depends on the wedding season and time of booking.

Do we have to feed you?

I get this one quite often and the answer is; you don't have to but it'll be really super awesome from you if you do!. We normally work none stop for long hours so if a little meal break might just prevent us from passing out in the middle of the dance floor i think we'll agree is worth the effort. Just keep in mind that i'm a vegetarian :) and we rather eat at the same time you and your guest do when everybody is not in their most photogenic time.
